Professional Experience

Jeff Bauman joined Kingery & Crouse, PA in 2009 as a senior manager of our audit department. Jeff is a graduated with honors from the University of Florida in 2000 with a B.A. and Masters in Accounting. He spent the first eight years of his accounting career at the accounting firms of PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte. He has served a variety of closely held and public companies in a variety of industries including healthcare, technology, insurance, mortgage banking, manufacturing, hospitality and real estate. During his time at Deloitte, Jeff managed several public company audits and performed consulting services for a carve-out audit and SEC filing. An instructor for Deloitte's internal training program, Jeff traveled around the country instructing less experienced professionals on new accounting pronouncements and SEC matters. From 2008-2009, Jeff worked as the accounting manager for an international, publicly-held company in Tampa, Syniverse Technologies, where he was responsible for SEC reporting, accounting research, international statutory reporting, internal controls and accounting policies.

Since joining Kingery & Crouse, Jeff has served many of the firm's larger public and private audit clients as well as several benefit plan audits. He also performs consulting engagements for public companies, assisting them with complex equity transactions and business combinations as well as registration statements and annual and quarterly SEC filings. Jeff is an annual attendee of the SEC Institute training courses and regularly attends accounting and SEC conferences to stay abreast of updates and recent trends in public, private and international accounting standards. He also leads the internal education department at Kingery & Crouse and provides career counseling and mentoring to the firm's less experienced staff.
