Professional Experience

Robert Soares joined Kingery & Crouse, PA in 2010. Robert graduated with honors from California State University, Northridge in a BS in Business Administration with an option in Accounting. Robert has over 15 years of experience in public accounting working at large local and regional firms, most recently as a partner in the audit department of a regional firm serving the southeastern United States. In addition to the traditional roles that Robert has held at these firms, he has also operated as the partner in charge of the audit department and as the operations partner for all offices in the Florida region. While Robert's primary focus has been to perform attest engagements for both privately held businesses and publicly traded companies, he has also performed numerous non-traditional services for clients including due diligence and acquisition assistance, temporary CFO positions, strategic planning for new and growing companies, investigation and calculation of fraud and other consulting services. These clients have spanned numerous industries including construction/contractors, franchisors, manufacturers, professional service and hospitality.
