Professional Experience

Chuck Crouse is a founding shareholder at Kingery & Crouse, PA.  Chuck graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science Degree and from Clemson University with a Master of Business Administration.  From 1987 through 1994, Chuck provided accounting, auditing and tax services to closely held and SEC clients.  In 1994, Chuck served as a controller of a company with a $100+ million in assets where he was responsible for all SEC compliance matters. 

In 1996, Chuck returned to the practice of public accounting where he utilizes his experience with SEC reporting and accounting issues and accounting and technology skills to serve corporate and individual clients.  Chuck has assisted several companies with registering their securities with the Securities and Exchange Commission, and currently serves as the stockholder in charge of the SEC Services Division of our audit department.

Chuck provides leadership within the Tax Group based on extensive experience that spans the full range of tax issues, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, multi-state tax planning, S corporations, partnerships, LLC consulting, entity formation and estate tax planning. Chuck has represented clients with the Internal Revenue Service and the Florida Department of Revenue, including the preparation of Private Letter Rulings and Technical Assistance Advisement requests.

Chuck’s broad industry experience includes technology, medical services, manufacturing, real estate development, construction and professional service firms. He has also assisted high net worth individuals with tax planning.
